Two alligator style nipple clamps with an attached chain form a devious Y shape that attaches to a 1.75 inch metal cock ring supported by a leather belt strip. The nipple clamps feature an adjustable pressure screw while the cock ring assists in maintaining his erections. With each movement the chains will pull on the clamps sending stimulating or you can restrict or increase the distance from the clamps to the cock ring.
