General

We are always researching and looking for new products to add to our inventory weekly. When these new products are added they will appear in our New Items carousel on our homepage.
When you see something you like and want to save it for later, you can click the Heart icon for any product and it will be added to your Favorites. You must be login to utilize this feature.
Every product has a list icon, clicking this adds the product to your Wish List. The Wish List allows you to create a list of products that you can email to that special person. This is great for sending a Christmas Wish List, Valentine's Day Wish List, or Birthday Wish List. You must be login to utilize this feature.
My carts is your shopping cart history. My carts are abandoned carts as a result of starting the checkout process but either accidentally or intentionally clicked away or closed your browser. When clicking View in My Carts you can return to the checkout process with the items you had previously added to your cart. My Carts is automatically cleaned out after 30 days of inactivity.

Orders

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
We strive to ship orders same-day, as long as they are received by 12:00pm noon PST. Regardless, all orders received are shipped within 24-48 hours.
No, an account is not required to place an order. However, you will have no access to Favorites, Wish Lists, saved checkout info, no account history, no account order history, and no shipping or order tracking info. With no account you will also need to enter your billing and shipping info each time an order is placed.

Shipping

We currently offers shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We strive to provide the most secure and cost-effective options to our customers.
Sorry, we only ship within the United States at this time. We do not ship international.
The Cheapest Rate option is exactly that. Based on your shipping address we will choose the carrier that will get the product to you the fastest at the cheapest price. We charge a flat rate $8.00 for this shipping rate.
We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped same-day, as long as they are received by 12:00pm noon PST. Regardless, all orders received are shipped within 24-48 hours.
When your order is shipped an email notification is sent with the tracking info. You can also view the status of your orders within your account on the My Orders page.
All orders are shipped 100% discreetly using non-descript boxes with no identifying marks or branding.

Items are sold in the original manufacturer’s packaging. To see how an item is packaged, visit the product page on HoneysPlace.com and click through the product photos. If the product comes in retail packaging, an image will be shown.

Returns and Damages

Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date the order was placed. The customer pays for return shipping.

We do not do exchanges.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages be fully insured for your return order in the event it is lost or damaged. We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier upon delivery. Please note that the carrier usually requires pictures of the damaged boxes.
