1. Lay the harness out, loosen all straps using the buckles.
2. Slide the dildo into the O-shape in the front, and make sure it feels secure.
3. Slowly slide the harness up your legs until it reaches your waist.
4. Tighten the waist straps until it sits snugly on your waist.
5. Tighten the thigh straps until they are firm but not too tight. Adjust as needed. Have fun!
